This was the best interview process I've ever had. It lasted about an hour and I met with 6-10 people. I got to speak with individuals from various departments within the company. They were open and seemed genuinely happy with their jobs.

Behavioral Technical

So basically, they look at your resume first, like the HR people or hiring manager. Then if they like it, they'll call you for a phone screen to talk about your experience. After that, you might have an in-person or virtual interview where they ask you behavioral and technical questions. Some jobs might have a technical assessment too. Lastly, they'll do a reference check before giving you an offer.

The interview process is super important for hiring, it helps us really get a feel for a candidate's skills and if they'd fit in with the team. We do different kinds of interviews, like structured, unstructured, behavioral, and situational ones. We also do phone screens. If we plan and run the process well, it really helps us hire the right people and also helps us get better at hiring over time.
