The process was straightforward. I arrived 30 minutes early and was given a tour. They inquired about my experience and asked a technical question. The interview itself wasn't difficult, but they gave a misleading impression. What was extremely unprofessional is that they never followed up to inform me about the job status, which is surprising given the current climate. I even declined another job offer based on their assurance of a follow-up because I was keen on working with them. Ultimately, I was left with no response.

A recruiter emailed me to set up an HR screening. They followed up two days later to book the interview. It was a video call lasting about an hour with three team members. I got an offer about a week after.
