It was an online interview, with a really good vibe and no pressure. The interviewer was honest about the job scope, which set the right expectations. It wasn't difficult, just equal communication. Overall it was good and easy. HR was also nice and explained a lot before the second round with the hiring manager.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. They asked relevant questions about my background, experience, and expertise. They also tested my knowledge of the industry and customer base, and evaluated my commercial aptitude with a series of pertinent questions. I was given good information about the customers and the company's business growth goals.

The interview process was really bad and unprofessional. After like months of no communication, they told me in the second interview that I got the job. They told me to quit my job and remove my nails and piercings which cost me over £100. I also went for a factory tour and to sign the contract, which they said was just a formality. But during the tour, they said I needed a third interview, which they never mentioned before. Even though I had already resigned and did everything they asked, the third interview ended with them saying I was 'overqualified' and should look elsewhere. To make it worse, they said they picked someone else, but then the job was posted again on Indeed the next day. It was a total waste of my time, money, and effort, and they were not professional or respectful.

So I had an initial chat with HR, and then went on to have two separate interviews. I thought they all went pretty well, and the interviewers actually said so too. But then, radio silence for about a month. I sent two follow-up emails and finally got a response saying they'd moved on with another candidate, which they claimed they'd already told me – not true. The interview stages themselves were fine, but the final communication was just non-existent. It felt like a waste of time and effort because I didn't even get a proper response after three rounds.
