Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kerry.
Quality Engineer
Had a short talk on the phone. The interviewer was friendly and seemed positive. Then got an email of rejection. Followed up and got an email from Kelly.
- Can you discuss your educational background and previous work experience?
Quality Assurance
I had to do some tests online, like a situational judgment test and an inductive reasoning test. Then there was a 30min phone interview. After that, I went to an assessment centre where I had to give a presentation, which I had two days to prepare and send over. There was also a group exercise where we had to collaborate to solve 5 problems. Finally, I had a last interview with an HR rep and a technical/quality manager. Still waiting to hear back.
- What motivates you to want to work for Kerry?
- Could you explain your interest in this Graduate Programme?
- What is your understanding of Kerry and its operations?
Quality Assurance Engineer
I applied online and completed a situational strength test and an inductive reasoning test, which was challenging due to the time constraint. After about a month, I had a 30-minute phone interview. I've completed that and am now waiting to hear if I'll proceed to an Assessment Center.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in Quality Assurance?
- Can you describe your understanding of Kerry's business operations?
