It was a straightforward interview process, the panel was pleasant. It consisted of an online interview before they made me an offer. The interview was a virtual assessment, which made the process easier.

It was a classic job interview. Part of it was in English, if you speak it. I interviewed with the area manager and a recruiter/HR manager. The interview was conversational and receptive. Questions often came from what I brought up, like things on my resume or comments I made.

HR will ask for self-introductions and general questions like why you chose your major, not too specific to your professional area. They do want you to explain what you do. I think the best approach is to steer the conversation toward your professional area and showcase past experience. Previous reports or documents without sensitive info, like websites you've built or training workshops, can be impressive. Then, there's the department leader interview. You'll need to prepare a 15-minute presentation on a topic given via email the night before, based on a company business case. For example, if it's for a manufacturing role, the case might involve a production issue. Several questions will also be presented. The interviewer will ask questions after your presentation. They want to understand you, and if they like your thoughts, they'll ask about the period you want to stay with the company. Good luck.
