Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kerry.
Marketing
It was an online interview, with a really good vibe and no pressure. The interviewer was honest about the job scope, which set the right expectations. It wasn't difficult, just equal communication. Overall it was good and easy. HR was also nice and explained a lot before the second round with the hiring manager.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you describe your past experiences?
- Do you have experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams?
Marketing
The interview process was a bit disorganized with interviewers' meeting times. There were three rounds of interviews with different people. It wasn't very clear on the structure or the roles of the interviewers. The questions were fair and to the point. The people were nice and the office was very corporate.
- Tell me about your experience and why you'd consider working for Kerry.
Marketing Executive
I applied online and after a couple of days, I got an email with a task. I had to prepare a presentation about the task and had only 5 days to do it before the final interview. The presentation itself was about 20-30 minutes long, and the interviewers were really nice. It was a pretty chill process overall, and the HR team was super helpful the whole way through.
- What value do you add to the team?
- Could you introduce yourself?
