The hiring process was quite simple. I went through 3 interviews. First, a phone interview that was a bit like the STAR method, followed by casual chats to get to know me. Then, I went to the hiring plant for a second interview with the hiring and plant managers, where they mostly discussed my resume. Finally, I was flown out to Wisconsin for a third interview with some senior managers at the headquarters, all expenses paid. This last one was also casual, aiming to gauge my knowledge and experience.

I applied online, and had to do a SJT and a reasoning test to see how I get along with others and if I'm good at analysing stuff. It took them a week to set up my online interview, but then I had to wait two whole months to actually hear back from them.
