First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kerry.
Graduate Student
It was a three stage interview process. It consisted of a combination of individual and group interviews (with other potential hires). A scenario was provided the night before the individual interview for you to prep and you would discuss your approach during the one-to-one interview. The group interview had a similar approach but the scenarios were given on the spot and you were monitored while prepping together to see how each person worked on the team.
- Could you explain your motivation for applying to this specific program?
Operations Graduate Scheme
First, I filled out an online application, detailing my background and why I was applying. Then, I took some online psychometric tests, including verbal and numerical reasoning. The next stage was a video interview focused on the role and my understanding of it. I didn't pass this video interview, so I didn't make it to the final assessment centre stage.
- In an operations role, which departments do you anticipate needing to communicate with?
Graduate Scheme
The interview process is quite thorough, starting with an online test that includes psychometric and verbal reasoning. After that, there's a telephone interview conducted by a third-party recruitment company. If you pass that stage, you'll be invited to a 2-day assessment center. This assessment center has 4 main parts: a group exercise, a face-to-face interview, a role-play activity, and a case study exercise.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenging situation and how you handled it?
