First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kerry.
Supply Chain Analyst
The process started with an HR phone call, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview with the team I would be working with, and then a final interview with head office, conducted on Microsoft Teams too. No presentation or anything like that was involved.
- Can you tell me about your current role?
- What value will you add to our team?
- What are your teammates' impressions of you?
Supply Chain Analyst
I had a quick phone chat, and then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. They gave me the wrong directions to the building, but thankfully I got there early and found it. They said they'd let me know their decision in 1-2 weeks after the interview, but I never heard back at all. It would have been good to know what they decided. Very unprofessional for a company this size.
- Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses?
Procurement Specialist
Had a telephone interview, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a senior manager interview. Communication back was really poor. The second interview panel seemed uninterested and were yawning - it was very unprofessional and they didn't seem engaged. Going through this process with such unengaged people is really bad. I'd recommend staying far away from this company. I tried to get feedback afterwards, but was just told 'thanks for participating'. Steer clear if you want to work for an even half decent company - it was just poor, poor, poor.
- Could you discuss your CV?
- What are your reasons for seeking a new job?
