i got there first and was sent to the end of the hallway for a written test, which i handed back after a few minutes. then came the interview, and although the interviewer said it was informal at the start, it really wasn't. i didn't feel comfortable at all. i knew right away he wasn't going to give me the job, and it wasn't my fault he was in a bad mood and took it out on me.

The hiring process involved a single phone interview followed by three in-person interviews. The first and third in-person interviews were with the plant manager, while the second was with the regional manager. The regional manager's interview was more challenging, as he aimed to test my ability to think quickly under pressure by asking various probing questions designed to catch me off guard.
