Key Account Manager
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. They asked relevant questions about my background, experience, and expertise. They also tested my knowledge of the industry and customer base, and evaluated my commercial aptitude with a series of pertinent questions. I was given good information about the customers and the company's business growth goals.

Account Manager
The interview process moved pretty fast and was quite straightforward. The interviewers were really nice. After the interviews, I was informed the position was on hold and they'd update me. I followed up for over a month and was told they were reorganizing the role and would provide an update soon. Ultimately, I was informed they moved forward with another candidate. It was very disheartening to be strung along, thinking they were interested. The company appears disorganized and unprofessional.
- Can you share an instance where you had to negotiate?
Account Manager
The interview process was super organized. It kicked off with three 30-minute phone chats. One was with someone doing the job I wanted, and the other two were with HR folks. After the phone interviews, they flew me out to Beloit for a four-person interview session. The HR team sorted out the whole trip and scheduled it around my availability so I wouldn't have to take time off my current job. My interviews started at 8:15 am and wrapped up by noon. Honestly, the whole thing was really convenient.
