Customer Support Representative
It was a two manager panel interview, great experience, getting to know the interviewers and telling about myself. Asked behavioral questions, overall felt great after the interview. Sometimes you may feel nervous in interviews, but this was something different, a totally different experience.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to adapt to change?
Actuarial Analyst
It was a Superday with 5 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. The interviews were mostly behavioral, but there was some technical work involved. At the end, I had a 30-minute lunch with a team member. Overall, the questions were pretty standard, nothing designed to trick you.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- Describe a situation where you showed leadership.

First, we looked at your application and resume. Then, there was a phone screening and an initial interview. If it was applicable, there was a technical assessment. After that, a panel/team interview, and then some behavioral/situational interviews. We had final rounds, and after that, reference checks. Then, a job offer and negotiation. After accepting the offer, you'll go through onboarding where you'll get training, do paperwork, and get info to start.
- Could you define Dynamics CRM and contrast its Online and On-Premises versions?
- What are entities in Dynamics CRM, and can you provide examples of standard ones?
- Define a custom entity in Dynamics CRM and describe its creation process.
Application Support Analyst
The whole thing took like 2 months. Had 4 interviews total. First one was with HR, they asked about my experience and what salary I expected. Then I had a technical interview with the hiring manager and a senior team member. The third interview was with the director and the hiring manager, and it was more technical and also personality based. The final interview was with the VP, and that was all personality. After a week of hearing nothing, I followed up with HR to see if I was still being considered. They didn't respond, but I saw the job got reposted about 1.5 weeks after my interview. Then, 2.5 weeks after the interview, my status on Workday changed to 'No Longer In Consideration For This Position', but nobody actually told me directly. Super unprofessional.
