I had a phone interview with an HR rep from Canada. She said she'd get back to me by the end of the next day, but she didn't. A week later, she emailed an explanation for the delay and said the team wanted to interview me. I went in for the team interview, which went really well. I told the HR rep I was interested and sent her feedback. I followed up professionally twice over the next few weeks asking for feedback, but never heard back.

This was a single round interview with multiple interviewers. The process was efficient, and the people I met were mostly nice. I heard back within a reasonable timeframe. They were trying to explain the project they were working on, and I was able to answer some basic questions.

I got referred to Hancock by someone who works there. First, there was a phone screen, and then they offered me an in-office interview. I interviewed in three rounds: with 2 peers, a manager, and a director. They made me an offer about a week after the whole thing.
