So, the process has changed a lot since I interviewed. Basically, a new person would first get a phone screen. Then they'd meet with a division manager. After that, they'd usually meet with one or two people out in the field, like an RM and an RVP. The final step is an interview at the regional office, where they also have to give a presentation to management.

The first interview was just a standard HR screen, nothing too exciting. The second one, though, was a panel interview and it was weird from the start. Neither interviewer had their camera on, and it felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get them to talk. I had to really push to keep the conversation going. They mostly just talked about the job and asked if I had any questions. Then, they ended the interview a whole fifteen minutes early even though it was supposed to be 45 minutes. Their answers were vague and sometimes rude. It felt really unprofessional, but looking back, it's probably a good thing. It showed me what their company culture is like.

The interview process began with a phone screening by a recruiter. A bit of a downside was the lack of a single point of contact, as the interview process was handed off a few times within HR. Following the initial screening, there were three video interviews with members of the team for the open role.
