The interview process was great. I heard back within 2 weeks. I went through 3 rounds. Very caring and supportive people. The questions were very straightforward and simple. Just be yourself and everything will work out.

I applied online through a campus job posting and was contacted to set up an on-campus interview. It was back-to-back 30-minute interviews, one with a manager and one with an HR rep. The HR rep was nice, but the manager was rude and condescending. I talked to some of the first and second-year staff members before the interview, who were helpful, and then the manager made negative comments about them for no reason. It seemed very unprofessional. It also bothered me how they were overly selective and acted like this was such a prestigious program, when it really is not. I didn't hear back from them yet and I'm not expecting an invite to the final round, nor do I want one. I interviewed with many companies and this experience stands out as being the most unpleasant.

I applied for the internship online and got a call back from HR to set up for a phone screen. The phone screen wasn't too bad, mostly behavioral questions. Then I was asked right away to meet with HR for a 1:1 in-person interview. The 1:1 HR interview were more behavioral questions. Lastly, there was a 1:1 interview with the manager for the department I was assigned to. This interview was more relaxed and I was just asked about why I wanted the job, why john hancock, and basically answering any questions the manager had about my experiences and what I can offer.
