I had multiple interview rounds, met with the hiring manager and the divisional CFO, and then got ghosted. It was odd for a company that size, especially since I got good feedback during the interviews. I guess they weren't in a huge hurry to hire someone.

This was a really thorough interview process for a Financial Analyst position. Lots of questions testing my technical skills with different systems and software. Even though it was a slow process, that's pretty standard for a big company. This role is an individual contributor and is very technical.

They came to my college campus to interview about 12 kids planning on taking 1-3. There was two people in the interview but one of them was clearly leading it. It started by them explaining the internship. A lot of their questions weren't exactly questions, more so just asking me to elaborate on certain items on my resume. Overall they were pleasant, didn't get a 2nd round but that's life.
