First, we looked at your application and resume. Then, there was a phone screening and an initial interview. If it was applicable, there was a technical assessment. After that, a panel/team interview, and then some behavioral/situational interviews. We had final rounds, and after that, reference checks. Then, a job offer and negotiation. After accepting the offer, you'll go through onboarding where you'll get training, do paperwork, and get info to start.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got a call from two senior software managers to talk about my resume and background. Then I was invited for a mini super day on site. First, I met with two more managers and we talked about my experiences and some basic technical stuff. After that, I did a technical scenario. I had about 20 minutes to get ready for about 6 questions about a technical project and what decisions I'd make. Then I presented my answers for about 5 minutes and they asked me some questions about my approach. It was pretty straightforward and allowed for creativity. I also got a tour of the office. I got the offer a couple days later. The whole process was very easy.
