The interview process was really fast and clear. It was mainly behavioral questions, no technical stuff. The staff was very friendly and gave feedback right after the interview. Overall, it was a very easy experience and I'd recommend it.

Behavioral Technical

It was just one round, with two interviewers. They seemed a bit unprepared and only had a couple questions to ask, which they figured out as they went. It was mostly behavioral questions, with a few technical ones thrown in, asking about my past experiences and why I wanted to join the agriculture team.

Behavioral Technical

Submitted my application online on Sunday, and two days later got an email to schedule a phone interview. Then, had a second round phone interview two days after that. Both interviews were mainly behavioral, with some basic finance questions like active vs. passive management. They said I'd hear back in a few days if I made it to the final round. But, never heard anything back. I even followed up with the recruiter and the interviewer, but no response. Obviously didn't get the job, but wish they could have at least emailed to let me know.
