The whole process took about two weeks and had two interview rounds. It was very professional. I met with four different people, one-on-one, for about two hours in total. They asked about my previous work, my interest in natural resources, and explained the company structure. Since I'm new to this industry, it was really helpful to get that insight.

I got a call from HR and was asked to come in for an interview. The first round was with 3 people, including the Director of Accounting and two finance department members. It was an intensive interview because it was for an internship and they wanted to make sure I was being truthful, knowing students often exaggerate. I was honest and even understated myself, but they appreciated my honesty and invited me to the next round.
