The interview process included a couple of informal interviews, followed by a task, and then another interview. My experience was quite relaxed, though this can depend on the hiring manager. The tasks are also set by managers, so the difficulty and workload can vary. For product marketers, for example, tasks might range from competitive analysis to developing a full Go-To-Market plan and proposal for specific markets.

So the process started with this online test thing. After I aced that, they asked me for an interview. The email said it would be HR questions, a review of the test, and another programming task. But, like, it wasn't exactly like that. They didn't just review the test, they hit me with new technical questions, some stuff that wasn't even on the first test! It got way deeper than I thought it would. Then, at the end, I had to do a programming task on the whiteboard in front of them.

The first round was with a recruiter and was pretty standard, just asked some overall questions. Then, the second round was with the team lead, and they really dug into how I'm able to cross-sell and asked about our API and technology. The third round was with the Director, and it was a lot of questions about my past performance, my selling and cross-selling abilities, why I want to switch jobs, and my career goals. They also had me do a case study on how I've cross-sold in the past. The Director seemed particularly concerned about people who change jobs every 3 years, seeing it as a red flag.

The interview lasted about 1 hour. They asked questions about values, motivators, routine, and experience. However, I was very disappointed! During the interview, the Head and Recruiter were super nice, they said: feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need anything! We are a very responsible company! Guess what? No feedback on the interview and silence on LinkedIn chat! Be suspicious of those who show extreme friendliness! DISAPPOINTMENT!
