Customer Support Engineer
The whole process has 3 interviews. First, a recruiter call to discuss your CV and other general topics. Then, two managers will ask about your past experience. After that, you will get a technical assignment and have a final interview before the offer. The whole process takes about a month.

There were 4 rounds in total. First, an HR call to discuss my background and past/present employment. Then, a manager call where I was asked about SMS protocol call flows, given a coding exercise, and asked about customer-facing issues. Finally, a HOD interview focusing on customer-facing issues and my personal background.

Customer Support Engineer
So, the interview process had three interviews with different people: first with POP, then the team manager, and finally the Head of Support. There was also a task that included technical questions and tasks, plus some situational examples.
