Inside Sales Representative
The selection process was positive and promising, but ended up being unprofessional and disrespectful from the company's side. It had three interviews, all via video call. The first was an HR screening with typical questions like why you're interested, what you'd do in the role, why you're leaving your current job, what you know about the company, and to tell us about yourself. The second interview was with the team leader and HR, covering similar questions but focusing more on the company's business, products, services, and market position. It's recommended to really dig into their website and case studies to understand their offerings. Before the final interview, there was an assignment: explain 2FA for APIs, identify a potential prospect, and create a sales pitch. The last interview involved presenting this assignment to HR, the team lead, and the head of sales. Everything seemed to go well, and the conversation ended positively. They asked for recommendations and said they'd respond within a week. However, after that, no one contacted me, and they didn't even reply to a follow-up email. I was really disappointed, expecting more from a multinational company, especially after reaching the final stages. Even an automated rejection would have been better. Apparently, others were ghosted too after the final interview. Hopefully, this feedback helps someone else.
- What makes you want this job?
- Based on the job description, what tasks would you perform?
- What's your reason for leaving your current job?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview was rescheduled twice. The first video interview had to be done via voice only because the recruiter's webcam wasn't working. A few days later, I got a generic email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. I have over 3 years of sales experience in the UK, Germany, and Denmark, and I had all the required skills, but it wasn't enough. Maybe it was because I don't speak Croatian. I heard the management and salaries aren't great, but I decided to try anyway. It wasn't worth it.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Inside Sales Representative
It was quite swift; after the initial interview with the recruiter, I later took on an assessment that included a series of questions and a task to complete. Finally was a virtual meeting with the hiring manager and a team member for further questions and getting to know each other.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenge and were unable to resolve it?
