Customer Success Manager
It's a virtual process. First, HR will call you. Then, you'll meet the team you'll be working with. There are two negative aspects. First, the task. They ask you to study the market, including competitor pricing, and provide unique insights based on your industry knowledge, product specifics, and research. Essentially, they're asking candidates to do the work the company should be doing and exploiting external knowledge, which isn't right. Second, the next interview is a bit stressful, with many questions on various topics, some of which can be aggressive.
- Can you summarize your career path?
- In what ways can you alter a product from our company?
- What actions would you take if you supported a sales forecast but later needed to revise it due to clients not requiring all product functionalities?
Customer Success Manager
- How did you handle client difficulties?
Customer Success Manager
Screening, then a TL interview, followed by a case study task, a team interview, and finally a HoD interview. The entire process can take up to 1 to 2 months if you pass all the rounds. The Talent Acquisition team will let you know about every step of the process.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Walk me through your experience.
- What is your knowledge of CXM?
