First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infobip.
Office Manager
The whole hiring process spanned 4 months. It included 2 initial interviews, one with HR and another with the country manager. After that, I had a task to assess my problem-solving skills. Finally, there was one more interview with a team member.
- Could you tell me about your understanding of the ecosystem?
- What would you focus on first if you were to join us?
Office Manager
So the interview had a few different bits to it. I had to do some assignments, and then I had a chat with the person who's in charge of my country. After I got the assignments done, I talked to the HR Business Partner for Europe and the Regional Senior Office Manager. In the end, they gave me good feedback from the team.
- Could you plan a team-building event for your team and present three different options for it?
Manager
I applied online and the whole process dragged on for more than a month. Before you even start interviewing with Infobip, you need to check if they can actually afford you. They also seem unsure about what they're looking for during the interview. This company feels autocratic, like you have to suck up to the boss to get anywhere. Nobody is friendly, and there's zero transparency. It was a total waste of my time. I don't think they're professional and they clearly don't respect people's time.
- Could you tell me about your experience?
