Account Executive
The interview lasted about 1 hour. They asked questions about values, motivators, routine, and experience. However, I was very disappointed! During the interview, the Head and Recruiter were super nice, they said: feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need anything! We are a very responsible company! Guess what? No feedback on the interview and silence on LinkedIn chat! Be suspicious of those who show extreme friendliness! DISAPPOINTMENT!
- Tell me about your values.
- What motivates you?
- Describe your typical daily routine.
Account Executive
Standard recruitment process: First, a 15-minute initial screening call after reviewing your CV. Then, a second interview with the Hiring Manager where they'll go over your CV again, talk about your motivations, and ask more in-depth sales questions. The third stage is a role-play simulating a new business meeting.
- Can you tell me about your career history?
- How do you typically generate new business opportunities? Are you more of a hunter or a farmer?
- What sales targets have you been responsible for meeting?
Account Executive
So first you'll have a chat with HR about your background and key challenges you've faced. After that, they'll give you a sales challenge where you need to outline your approach to the assigned territory and your strategy for the first 30, 60, and 120 days. The final step is an interview with some directors where you'll present your business plan for the territory.
- What makes you believe your business plan would be effective?
