The interview lasted about 1 hour. They asked questions about values, motivators, routine, and experience. However, I was very disappointed! During the interview, the Head and Recruiter were super nice, they said: feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need anything! We are a very responsible company! Guess what? No feedback on the interview and silence on LinkedIn chat! Be suspicious of those who show extreme friendliness! DISAPPOINTMENT!

Behavioral Case Presentation

So first you'll have a chat with HR about your background and key challenges you've faced. After that, they'll give you a sales challenge where you need to outline your approach to the assigned territory and your strategy for the first 30, 60, and 120 days. The final step is an interview with some directors where you'll present your business plan for the territory.
