First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infobip.
Solutions Engineer
I think I first got some kind of a task, then it was an HR interview and after that a technical task which you had a few days to do. And then a final interview with HR and management.
- What motivated you to apply for this role?
Presales Engineer
I first got a call from the recruiter for an intro chat. Then, I had a call with a specialist which went really well. After that, I was given a long, annoying take-home task that took me days to finish. Completing it got me to the final stage with four upper management people for a decision. But, only one showed up for the interview and seemed totally uninterested, barely making eye contact during the video call and looking uncomfortable. A week later, I was emailed that they hired someone internally. The whole process felt like a waste of time, and I suspect the job was already filled internally from the start, with the posting just for show. Very disappointing.
- The questions covered messaging technology, including SMS and two-factor authentication.
- The interview also included questions regarding Mobile Network Operators.
Presales Engineer
The interview process involved two main stages. Initially, there was a conversation with HR and a talent acquisition specialist. Following that, a second interview took place with the Tech lead and the Vice President of Infobip. During these interviews, questions were focused on the specifics of the Presales role and also touched upon technical knowledge.
- Can you describe your experience in presales?
- Do you have any previous presales experience?
- What technical knowledge do you possess?
