I think I first got some kind of a task, then it was an HR interview and after that a technical task which you had a few days to do. And then a final interview with HR and management.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first got a call from the recruiter for an intro chat. Then, I had a call with a specialist which went really well. After that, I was given a long, annoying take-home task that took me days to finish. Completing it got me to the final stage with four upper management people for a decision. But, only one showed up for the interview and seemed totally uninterested, barely making eye contact during the video call and looking uncomfortable. A week later, I was emailed that they hired someone internally. The whole process felt like a waste of time, and I suspect the job was already filled internally from the start, with the posting just for show. Very disappointing.
