It was a 3-stage interview process, pretty smooth and professional. The recruiter was good at communicating and gave a solid overview of the job and what to expect. The technical part was structured well with fair, relevant questions focused on solving real problems. The last round was with management and HR, and it was a good conversation that gave insight into the team and company culture. All in all, a very positive and respectful experience.

The interview started with a recruiter call, then a technical screen where they asked about system design of an application I worked on. It was a classical question about my most exciting project, the pros and cons of my personal qualities. They gave a quick overview of my past projects. We talked about the company, and its structure. Then they asked how to debug an application on production, on dev and on test.

HR was really nice. We talked about everything, me, tech stack I used, my expectations and so on. What I didn't like is next step where we had technical interview. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Wanted to get specific answer they had in their head, if you tried to explain solution with your own words, if it didn't overlap with their idea, they wouldn't accept even if it was correct.
