I submitted an application for the Account Manager position in France through Glassdoor. A recruiter from Zagreb reached out, and we conducted an initial interview in English. About a week later, I received two assignments. These tasks involved managing two hypothetical accounts: one focused on upselling or cross-selling Infobip services, and the other on resolving a pricing issue. Both assignments were to be completed in English. Following that, I visited the Paris office for an in-person meeting with the French team. The interview seemed to go well, but ultimately, I wasn't selected, and I didn't get a clear explanation as to why.

The interview process involves a few rounds: a phone call, an in-person meeting, a written task, and then the final interview. The entire process was seamless but could have been shorter in my honest opinion.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The written assignment was a standard task importance ranking.
  • An email to a customer was also part of the written assignment.

I submitted my application online. The whole thing took about a week. I had an online interview with an HR person. They were really friendly and professional. I didn't get an offer in the end, but it was a really good and useful experience for me.
