Procure to Pay Associate
I went through Genpact’s virtual hiring process. They tested my knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, my experience with SAP, and my analytical abilities across several interview rounds. I got the job and started working in Accounts Payable, getting practical experience.

Management Trainee
The interview process was moderate. They asked about work experience and behavioral questions to check personality. They also asked about ERPs I have worked on, so it was not that much difficult but easy to moderate. If you have a good knowledge of concepts, you will clear your interview. There were 2 rounds.

Process Associate
There were 3 rounds for the interview. First was the HR interview, followed by an assessment, and then the Ops round. They asked basic questions about my introduction and previous experience, as well as situational questions. They also asked what I know about Genpact and the role, and if I was okay with the shifts.

they start with basic introduction and then go through resume and asked about projects which I mentioned in resume. And some basic of core part ie oops os networking....
