The hiring process consists of three stages: an initial screening, an HR interview, and an assessment phase which includes four tests. The assessments are basic grammar tests. The role requires mental fortitude and confidence, and the company wants to ensure candidates possess these qualities and understand the responsibilities of a Content Moderator. The overall process is quite slow, with potential waits of several weeks.

So I had like two rounds of interviews basically, first with HR then with operations. They asked me stuff like my intro, why I'm interested in this content moderator role and Genpact, and how I'd fit in. It was a chill talk, mostly about if I could communicate well, understood the job, and what the company was looking for. I felt pretty good answering and told them I was keen to work in a place that's challenging and helps you grow, like Genpact.
