Behavioral Technical

I applied via campus placement, and there were two rounds. The first was all about English, like communication and listening. The second round was a direct interview starting with questions about my resume and projects, but not in super detail. It mostly covered SQL and DBMS topics. Nobody I know had to write code, so DSA wasn't a thing for this role. We got selected, but I got a better offer elsewhere later.

Behavioral Case

The interview process is generally good. However, be cautious during salary discussions with HR recruitment. They may not provide all the details. For instance, there's a 10 percent variable component that typically doesn't exceed 50 percent of your target, or sometimes it's presented as a bonus of up to 10 percent. So, pay close attention to these specifics.

Technical Coding

It was a coding test and then two technical rounds. It went pretty well, and I got to show what I know at each step. The coding test was probably to check basic coding skills, and the technical rounds went more into specific topics and how to solve problems. All in all, it seemed like a good way to see if people are a good fit for the job. I think candidates would have found it useful to show their skills and how they could help the company.
