This was a really disappointing experience with Genpact, felt like a total waste of time. I passed both the internal and client interviews, sent in all my documents for offer processing, and we even agreed on salary after I told them what I wanted. I kept asking what was going on, and they just kept saying the offer was 'in progress.' Then, after a week, they suddenly said there was no budget. This was super unprofessional and frustrating, especially since I'd turned down another job waiting for them. The whole thing lacked transparency and just ate up my time.

The interview process was pretty standard and really revolved around my resume. The interviewer went through each part of my resume and asked specific questions about the skills and projects I'd listed. This included tech like FastAPI, Angular, JWT, MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes. For every skill I mentioned, they wanted to know about my practical experience, any difficulties I ran into, and how I solved problems in my projects. They seemed keen on understanding how much I knew about each thing, how I put different technologies together, and what I actually did on each project.

First off, there's an HR Screening where a recruiter will chat with you about your resume, your experience, and if you're into content moderation. They'll check out your communication skills and if you're up for shifts, since content moderation is often a 24/7 gig. Then, you might hit an Online Test for aptitude, checking your logic, verbal skills, and maybe some basic tech stuff to see how you solve problems. Next up is the Technical/Operational Interview, where they'll dive into role-specific questions. Think scenarios about handling tricky content, understanding the rules, and making fast calls. You might get case studies too, like deciding whether to approve or deny content and why. After that, it's a Behavioral Interview. They'll ask about past situations – like how you dealt with stress, pressure, or tough ethical choices to check your emotional smarts and professionalism. If needed, there's a Language Proficiency Test to see if you've got the language skills. Finally, the last step is the HR Round to hash out salary, location, shifts, and any other HR stuff. They'll also confirm you're cool with the content moderation environment, which can be a lot to handle mentally.
