Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Genpact.
Business Analyst
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was a basic HR screening. The second round was with the hiring manager, and we discussed the job role and responsibilities. The third round was with a senior manager who also asked questions related to the role I applied for.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Business Analyst
The interview was really professional and organized. First, I had a phone screening to talk about my background. Then, I did a video call with the hiring manager about my skills, projects, and team fit. The last part was a panel interview with team members where I had to do a practical task to show how I solve problems. They communicated clearly and the interviewers were nice. It was a good experience that showed me the company culture.
- Tell me about a difficult situation you encountered in a past job and the steps you took to resolve it.
