The interview process was short and sweet. For freshers, it was about 5 minutes. For experienced candidates, it took around 30 minutes, but it wasn't tough at all, mostly just asking about your previous roles. For freshers, they asked about any internships or freelance work you might have done.

I submitted my application online, and the recruitment team reached out via email in about 2–3 days. They were pretty fast to reply and gave me clear steps for everything. The first interview was a phone call with HR. The recruiter was nice and asked general questions about my work history, when I could start, and what pay I was looking for. It felt more like chatting than a formal interview.

The hiring process started well. I passed the initial interview and assessment and was endorsed for the final interview. I had my last interview via Zoom, and the interviewer congratulated me, saying I made it through. I was advised to wait for an email from the HR team (Email about the offer) the following day, and to my surprise, I haven't received any feedback from them until now. It has been 4 days already. I followed up via email and no one replied. I tried to send a text message to the recruiter from Genpact, but they did not answer my texts and calls. I don't find it professional to leave candidates hanging. It's not hard to say we pass or we fail.
