I applied online through the company's careers page. After a few weeks, someone from the team reached out via email to set up a virtual interview. It was directly from a team member, not HR. We had an hour-long session, just me and two team members. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview, covering my past experiences, how I tackle problems, and my understanding of the technical aspects. It was efficient and direct, much like Exxon.

It was poorly coordinated. Sometimes it felt like the interviewer was just checking boxes instead of having a real talk. Some questions were repeated, and it felt a bit cold. I also didn't get a clear idea of what the day-to-day work in the Technical Development Program would be like. Basically, it felt more like a standard check than a real test of technical skills or potential.
