Behavioral

It was an in-person interview, pretty standard behavioral questions, like why Exxon, why this specific job, tell me about your past experience, and just a general 'tell me about yourself'. It wasn't too difficult. The interview went well, the people interviewing were nice and seemed to want a lot of detail, but they weren't aggressively questioning.

I got a call from the company to set up an interview time. First, I had a phone interview in Portuguese. After that, I interviewed with a headhunter who also assessed my English skills. Then, I had a 1:1 interview at the company, conducted in both Portuguese and English, where I was asked about everything from my school and college grades to my college conclusion project, past work experiences, and my relationship with my former supervisor. Following that, I had another phone interview in English with the team based in Texas. After this last step, I received a job offer.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share your school grades?
  • What were your college grades like?
