I had a phone interview and then an in-person one. The phone interview included a question in English, and the whole in-person interview was conducted in English. They asked a lot about my academic background and how I'd react in reported situations. It lasted an hour, and I haven't received any feedback yet.

The interview process was long and involved many interviews. It started with interviews with the consultancy, followed by written and oral English exams. Finally, there were interviews with Exxon managers, which were conducted in both English and Spanish. During these interviews, I was asked to perform accounting entries on the spot.

It was just one interview round. They asked mostly psychological questions and hypothetical 'what would you do' questions. The interview started in English and then switched to Thai. There were three interviewers from different F&L departments. They asked about what I specifically want to learn from this internship and about my understanding of the role.
