I applied through campus placement. The first round was an aptitude test with quant, English, logical reasoning, and data interpretation (60 mins, 60 questions) plus a technical round (30 mins, 30 questions) on the Aon platform. The aptitude was easy but long, and the technical test was moderate, covering mechanical core topics. After the written test, there was a resume shortlisting for those who cleared. It's important to tailor your resume to the role. Out of 87 people, 27 were shortlisted for the GD round. We were divided into 4 groups, and the group discussion lasted about 20 minutes. My topic was 'are EVs an efficient solution for pollution.' In GD, listen carefully, be the first to share your thoughts if possible, don't interrupt others, and speak politely, sticking to the topic. After 20 minutes, I was asked to summarize the topic, which I did, incorporating everyone's points. After GD, 9 members were selected for the interview, which happened the same day. The interview focused mainly on the resume, so be clear about every detail. After discussing projects, I was asked behavioral questions, and I used the STAR method. There were 4 interviewers (1 from Singapore, 2 from Bangalore, 1 from Mumbai). They asked questions and paid attention to everything, from my appearance to how I handled situations. Researching the company is crucial; it helped me discuss ExxonMobil's collaborations. Work on communication skills. Although it was a management role and they didn't ask much from core subjects, be prepared with 2 favorite subjects like heat transfer and fluids. Results were announced by evening, and 3 candidates were selected. Overall, it was a great experience, and the recruiters were friendly. Good luck with your placements.

It's a long process. First, a phone interview. If you pass that, there's an in-person interview where they ask you questions in English about personal situations or experiences. If you do well, they'll call you to do a urine analysis that they send to the US, in addition to the pre-employment medical check. If everything is correct, you start a month after that.

It was a 2 round interview process with interviews happening 1 week apart. The first round was with the team lead, and it mostly covered my previous working experience and domain knowledge. The second round was with senior management, focusing on Behavioral and Cultural questions. After successfully completing the interviews, there's a medical and background verification process.
