Principal Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard, no curveballs. The technical interviewer seemed less experienced than me, so the questions were fairly straightforward. The Staff Development Manager, who is assisting the hiring manager, came across as somewhat incompetent.
- Can you outline your career goals for the next five years?
Software Engineer
I had a 1 hour long 1 on 1 interview that consisted of 6 to eight behavioral questions. They were all medium difficulty and nothing too unique. I was told to use the STAR response method for all questions and it took the whole hour.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to deal with a challenging individual?
Software Development Engineer
the interview was about 30 mins and focused on projects in the resume and what you have written in your resume, they focused on python and asked a question about designing a hospital, no dsa question asked in the interview
- Can you design a hospital?
- Could you tell me more about the projects listed on your resume?
