Got an online assessment test, and a couple weeks later they emailed me for an interview. I was able to pick a time and date. There were two interviews back to back with two teams of two. The first two guys talked about my background, went over my resume, and discussed the job duties, pay rate, hours, and career progression. The second pair of interviewers asked all the usual questions, like when I had to make things safer, or what I'd do if I didn't know how to do something.

Confirmed questions2 questions

  • What would you do if you encountered a task you didn't know how to do?

The in-person interview was pretty formal. It was with two leaders from the company and went for about 45 to 60 minutes. The interviewers were nice and made it easy to talk. It was mainly focused on the technical parts of the job and what the duties involve, also asking about my previous experience.

It was short and smooth, but expect harsh questions and some judgement. They ask questions but rarely listen to explanations, suggesting their internal system relies on 'politics'. There was no constructive criticism. The interview started with them telling me to ask all the questions while they remained quiet, only stating their names. There weren't any relevant questions.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How did you firefight during your army NS?
