The interview process involved an online test with aptitude and domain sections, followed by a group discussion with 10 members on topics like financial literacy, technology's role, physical education importance, and remote work. After that, there was one round of technical and HR interview, leading to the final selections.
- Could you describe the challenges encountered during your project?

So for the interview, they asked questions about corrosion, like the basic definition, different types, and they wanted a deep dive into some specific types. Then, questions about different heat treatments came up. Lastly, there were about 3-4 basic HR questions.
- Could you list the different types of corrosion and identify the most prevalent one in the Oil & Gas sector?

The whole selection process involved 3 rounds. First, they shortlisted resumes based on GPA. Next, there was a Group Discussion. The topic was 'Is it high time that mental health awareness programs are introduced into the educational curriculum in India'. Around 10-11 candidates were in each panel. Candidates who did well in the GD moved on to the interviews. Finally, there was a Tech + HR Interview, which lasted half an hour. They asked us to introduce ourselves, then asked questions about our resume like past projects, internships, and roles.
