I applied through a consultancy, and after a few days, they called me for an interview. It lasted about 30 minutes, where they asked me 2 questions in English. Then, I had another interview with the area Manager and someone from Exxon HR, which lasted an hour. They asked me 4 questions in English and gave me a technical accounting exam. I had an interview with HR first. Then, I had an interview with people from the Accounting department. They asked me about past experiences, specifically about improvement processes I'd implemented, and about a time I was under stress and how I handled it. After that, they asked questions related to the job, focusing on accounting. There were also simple questions about accounting accounts.
