It was a very quick and superficial phone chat, with few technical questions and everything was based solely on the number of selections I had followed. The profiles followed or other specific topics were not investigated. Less than 10 minutes of interview. I wasn't given time for the questions or doubts I had, and at the end of the conversation I was told I would be contacted shortly, which didn't happen.

I have a lot of experience in security management, VIP protocol, and leading teams. I'm good at watching CCTV, dealing with emergencies, and controlling who gets in and out. I've also led security meetings and made sure rules were followed in different places like factories, businesses, and homes. I've managed security staff, worked with the police, and made sure shifts ran smoothly. I'm also certified in First Aid and Fire Fighting and can handle stressful situations well.

I had an interview with the team's director and HR. It was more of a technical interview with the director than a behavioral one. The questions weren't difficult, but the director's attitude was really condescending. After the interview, there was no follow-up or feedback, and the job has been posted again. Honestly, if the director is unprofessional, I don't think this would be a good team to join. The lack of communication after was also a letdown.

The interview was open and professional. The interviewer asked clear questions about my experience and skills, but also allowed for my input. The job description was explained clearly, and opportunities for growth within the team were discussed. I got a positive impression of the company culture: collegial, results-oriented, and focused on personal development. Overall, it was a pleasant and structured conversation that made me enthusiastic about the role.
