I was invited for a job interview and, during the conversation, no technical questions related to the job were asked. Instead, the interviewers focused on questioning my previous experiences in a way that sounded distrustful, as if they doubted the truth of what I was saying. Although I considered the approach disrespectful, I continued the interview professionally. The interview had several members of the company's technical team, but the tone adopted was more like an interrogation than a structured interview. Instead of evaluating my technical knowledge or giving me space to demonstrate my experience with the stack, the conversation focused on testing whether I was being truthful. Only one of the participants maintained a more cordial attitude, while the others seemed focused on putting me in uncomfortable situations. Furthermore, as time went by, some participants started leaving the call due to other commitments, which reinforced the feeling of disregard and lack of organization. In my view, the presence of an HR recruiter was missing to conduct the interview in a more respectful and balanced way.

It started straight into a tech interview, which included a coding test lasting about 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes for tech questions. There was a simple algorithm test during live coding. The interviewer was really nice and explained the questions clearly.

DXC noida is very bad at HR management. There were two rounds of interview. They called for interview and next day they took telephonic technical round, which was an easy one. After 1 week they called for webex manegerial round, which they scheduled very next day, where i was only asked about the tools i m using in my current company. It also went very well. After that they never called or mailed the results. Even HR was not ready to pick up my calls. They might think candidates are free to play with their interview games. They may call 10 times before the interview but after that they are too busy to send one line of response, if it is a rejection/selection.
