The interview was open and professional. The interviewer asked clear questions about my experience and skills, but also allowed for my input. The job description was explained clearly, and opportunities for growth within the team were discussed. I got a positive impression of the company culture: collegial, results-oriented, and focused on personal development. Overall, it was a pleasant and structured conversation that made me enthusiastic about the role.

I had a phone call with HR first, they were really nice and checked my English and asked if I was interviewing elsewhere. Typical stuff like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why us?'. I didn't have any prior experience in this role. The next interview was with managers or team leads on Microsoft Teams with video. It was about 40 minutes and they were friendly, mostly explaining the job. They asked about my salary expectations and then offered me more than I asked for. The downside was that the job seemed super stressful and demanding, with barely any time for lunch.

I would say that the interview process was surprisingly simple and relaxed. My advice is not to stress too much and just be confident. They don't get into super fine details about you, just make sure you explain yourself well enough.
