So the interview process here at Epic usually starts with a phone screen, then you'll do a technical interview or something specific to the role, and also an online assessment like the Epic Wonderlic or a coding test. If you pass that, you'll move on to final rounds which usually have behavioral questions, problem-solving stuff, and sometimes a case study presentation, either on-site or virtual.

I got contacted by the recruitment team due to my profile fitting a long-term project. A pro was that they were upfront about salary from the first call. However, after the initial chat, I had to go through over 15 more calls in a month. Feedback was good until the last call, where it suddenly became neutral, and then I was told they picked someone else. The whole thing felt too long and didn't lead anywhere.

A serious warning to all students and freshers considering this company for placement – don’t get fooled by their name or so-called reputation. Their entire interview process is misleading and borderline exploitative. They conduct multiple rounds, stretch the entire process over nearly 3 months, and give you positive feedback at every stage, making you believe you're about to get selected. You’ll walk out feeling confident, hopeful, maybe even excited about starting your career. But here’s the ugly reality – after all that effort and time, they simply don’t roll out offer letters. Not to you, not to anyone. This hasn’t happened just once or twice – it’s happened consistently to students from multiple colleges, including mine. So much so that many colleges have blacklisted this company from participating in future placement drives. This isn’t just poor HR management – this is outright disrespect for candidates’ time and energy. Making freshers go through such a long and draining process, only to ghost them later, is completely unethical. So if you’re thinking of applying here, or have already gone through their interviews, don’t get your hopes up – no matter how well you think you performed. This company thrives on false promises. Be smart. Stay alert. Don’t waste your time.
