The interview was surprisingly calm and relaxed, with a welcoming vibe that immediately put me at ease. The interviewers were empathetic and friendly, creating a space for a smooth and natural conversation. The whole process took about 45 minutes, which is considered quick for typical corporate interviews. It was well-organized, starting with a brief company intro, then questions about my career path and past experiences. As mentioned, there were few technical questions, just basic checks to confirm my knowledge of the tools and methods on my resume. No practical tests or complex challenges that could cause anxiety.

First, you'll chat with the recruiter. If they think you're a good fit, you'll move on to a technical interview with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager sees your potential and thinks you have enough experience, you'll then have a panel interview with the client.

The interview was really easy, just common questions. It had 3 rounds: technical, managerial, and HR. I had a bad experience with HR, but they ended up extending an offer. The first round had basic questions, the managerial round included some management-related questions, and finally, there was a salary discussion with HR.
