If you're interviewing someone, get your questions ready and check out their resume first. Introduce yourself to make them feel relaxed. Explain the job and what they'd be doing. Be professional and ask good questions one at a time, letting them think. Start general, then get specific about their background. Pay attention to their answers and ask more if needed. Finish by asking if they have questions and let them know when to expect an answer.

Although the interview experience was positive and the internal members were extremely nice and polite, there was a lack of detail about the process stages (there was a group dynamic, but the company implied it would be an individual interview) and also a lack of feedback. It's been over a month since the stage they claimed was the final one, and there has been no response yet.
