Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DXC Technology.
Consultant
First there was a recruiter call, then a meeting with a senior, then a meeting with a manager, and finally a meeting with a partner. After that, the HR department presented the offer and salary. It's recommended to prepare a case study in advance and practice speaking English.
- What is your motivation for joining DXC?
- Could you describe the rituals within the Agile methodology?
Principal Consultant
It was a multi-stage interview process with several telephonic/vc rounds. These included HR, two technical rounds, a client interview, and a top management interview. After that, there was package negotiation leading to the offer. One of the rounds involved a technical questionnaire with multiple-choice questions. There were quite long gaps between interviews, mainly because the required interviewers were either on leave or busy with client slots. However, the interviewers were very open about the job description and client project details.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years, and what career path are you interested in?
- What are your strengths?
- What kind of career path are you interested in?
Technical Consultant

It turned out in the end that the open position required someone more skilled than a NeoG. Waste of time and daydreaming...
- How did you become passionate about choosing your university path?
- Can you explain to your colleagues what you did during your thesis work?
