So for DXC here in the Philippines, it was a 3 stage process. First was HR, then the hiring manager, and then HR again. The first HR interview was about my past experiences. The hiring manager interview was more technical, but the questions were high level and pretty general. The final HR interview was about the job offer and salary negotiation.

First, I had an interview with HR. After that, there was a session of 3 back-to-back interviews, each 30 minutes long, with people from different Business Units. This session takes place every Wednesday morning. There were no case studies or pre-interviews required. It was quite intense though, like an interview marathon.
